HAULin' app for iPhone and iPad

The HAULin app is the primary tool used for the HAULin’ Driver Performance Solutions program - a trucking industry solution that rewards truck drivers for tracking deliveries with participating carriers. The app only works in conjunction with HAULindps.com, and is only available to drivers through carriers who sign up for the program.

Carriers who sign up with HAULin’ DPS truly value their drivers, and want to reward their loyalty and quality while recruiting the best new drivers as well. HAULin’ DPS helps accomplish both of those goals by enabling carriers to reward drivers with points that are redeemable for thousands of high-quality merchandise items ranging from electronic gadgets to power equipment, and from housewares to outdoor furniture, etc. Earning points happens automatically, so all you (as a driver) need to do is check your points balance and go shop online!

“Ok, so what about the details? What’s the catch?”
It’s pretty simple, really. Invited drivers download this free app to their own mobile device (iOS 6 or higher), after receiving the registration email from their carrier. From there, the process works like this:
1. The carrier will send Load Tender Requests to a driver through the app.
2. The driver will accept or reject the load, and that response will be sent back to the carrier automatically.
3. For accepted loads, the driver then uses the app to track the delivery. Simply pressing a button upon arrival and departure. En route tracking may be done manually when the vehicle isn’t moving, or the app can be set to send a tracking update on a time frequency.
4. The driver then turns the app off when the load is complete. That’s it!

The bottom line is that this tracking is ONLY on when drivers choose to have it on, and the carriers are not tracking anything else in the truck. This solution is simply about automating a process that right now is totally done by phone, fax, etc.
